Hometown News: Emily Carl

Emily T. Carl has been awarded the four year Partnership in Nursing Education scholarship to Florida State University, Tallahassee.

Carl, a cadet, is the daughter of Col. John W. and Jennifer S. Carl of Hollis Drive, Montgomery.
